Based on the award winning Ford Transit Custom van, this hi spec vehicle has all the mod cons and safety features you would normally only see in expensive cars or SUV's. Powered by the smooth 2.01l diesel engine and a 6 speed automatic transmission, this vehicle raises the standard of what comfortable driving means in a van. A specious drivers cabin for three. The 'Plus 1' is that we have added an extra bed that is suitable for a child up to 10 years old, or this area can be used for extra storage. So, not only a modern design, the all new Tui Trail Adventurer 2+1 has the expected range of Shower/Toilet cabinet, diesel heating and gas hot water. The 12 volt electrical system is powered by the latest large capacity solar panel and charge control technology. Therefore you will run out of water before you run out of power.

Please pick up and return your vehicle to the depot at the time agreed upon in your rental contract.
Please note, free transfer only applies from the airport and airport hotels/motels. You must make your own way to the depot from the city.

TRANSFERS - We offer a complimentary transfer service from Christchurch and Auckland Airport and surrounding Airport Hotels, Motels to our depot. Please contact us on 0800 324 939 and advise Surname, Reservation Number, Arrival Terminal or hotel name and Number of Passengers requiring collection. Our courtesy collection is normally within 30 minutes and operates up to 1 hour prior to close. Please note that complimentary transfers are only available between the hours of 8:30am - 3:30pm high season and 9pm - 3pm low season.
ONCE NOTIFIED PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE TIME FOR THE COURTESY SHUTTLE TO COLLECT YOU. SOME UNAVOIDABLE DELAYS MAY OCCUR DURING BUSY PERIODS.
Please note: The latest vehicle collection time from the depot is 3.30pm high season and 3pm low season. so please consider your hire start date with this in mind if your flight arrival does not allow sufficient time to be at the depot by these times. A $100 late collection fee can be pre arranged if you cannot arrive before this time. To collect your vehicle, you will need your valid Full drivers licence (all drivers must present a full valid driver's licence in English). Translation documentation or IDP is required for non-English Drivers Licence's.
AIRPORT ARRIVAL - Pick up instructions.
Once you have come through Customs and Immigration with your luggage please phone to arrange a transfer. We will the direct you to our pick up location where our driver will meet you.
If you have an NZ mobile or SIM card you can call us on our toll free phone 0800 324 939. If ringing from an overseas mobile our contact is +64 3 3597 410. If you do not have a mobile there are also public pay phones located within the terminal that you can call us on our free phone number.

Airport Accommodation - When you have checked out of your accommodation, please contact us to arrange your transfer
City Accommodation - The complimentary transfer does not apply for City Centre or suburbs out of airport area.
Auckland - The easiest and probably cheapest way is to catch a taxi to our depot. We use a firm called Discount Taxis – Ph 529 1000 and they guarantee a fare of $35 for city to depot transfer which is less than half that of the other companies. They do request payment in cash. The airport bus is $16 per person
Christchurch - The cheapest way is to catch the number 17 Bryndwr bus from the bus exchange, this comes straight past our depot on Wairakei Road. Alternatively you can always catch a taxi approx $30
